DISCovering Leadership: A Blueprint for high performing Fire Departments

This is a facilitated two-day workshop to create effective communication methods through understanding DISC behavioral styles (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousnes.)

This begins with a comprehensive personality assessment and is designed for emergency services officers facing the challenges of service delivery in a combination or volunteer system. The workshop is designed to open lines of communication and focus the leaders on common goals to provide the highest level of service.

Experienced combination and volunteer chief officers serve as facilitators to deliver this interactive program.

Attendees will receive a printed personalized DISC Assessment Report (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousnessand a certificate of attendance.
